"We signed a license agreement with IDCC, which (obviously) contains a royalty rate. Other than the rate, it's none of Nokia's business"

Corp and Ams:

Eric does not infringe on IDCC patents. They are a paying licensee and paid all back royalties (although at a much discounted rate). So their statement to such an effect is correct, eventhough it took 10 years and a court suit to get them to this position.

Q
