I would say a successful Phase 1 is very likely in my opinion. With the share structure this could easily be trading well over $1 per share in the near future. Claims that the Oncolix CEO is "in hiding" are 100% nonsense. His home address is on many of the filings. Not sure where any of that BS comes from.

From these prices, the Phase I results are really all that matter to determine if we'll make some money or not here.

Over the period 2006-2015, 63% of oncology drugs in FDA trials moved from Phase I to Phase II (see page 9).

Even better, drugs with ODD (like Prolanta) have a Phase I to Phase II approval rate of closer to 75%.

Based on what we know already about Prolanta, my opinion is the likelihood of Prolanta moving on to Phase II is at least that high.

I won't speculate on PPS if/when we get news of successful Phase I, but I expect, even with additional dilution, that it will be trading substantially north of here. Agree re: huge potential upside.
