Subsequent to the DB stuff having been freed up only less than 90 days ago, I am wondering if this may be a ,

YOUR HONOR upon the resolution of the DB litigation, it has come to my attention that some of what DB held or serviced was in fact attributable to the OLD WMI ESTATE, and needs to be addressed and I need court approval to direct these funds to the proper beneficiaries or participants

It has been so long that we missed Joshua Hochberg who made $3M as the Examiner but without the right to look at the "retained" something.

It seems we are watching a 9-year soap opera, most of the time so boring,
