As I pointed out in my first post, I HAVE read the BFS. And, I will continue to provide data from it. The 12 months to de-water DOES NOT start from when financing is obtained. The 12 months starts after we have accomplished a couple of other steps:
Drill 12 wells, each 1000 ft deep x 16 inch diameter
Put 900 hp pumps and pipe down into each of them
Build a 3 acre pond
Run pipe from the wells to the pond
Get electricity to the site
Get electricity to each well
Obtain and install 30 miles of 36 inch HDPE pipe
Build an outfall structure at the river
Build 2-4 pumping stations
Get all this stuff set up, and commissioned, and operating
None of these steps will start before at least 100 million of financing is obtained and probably not til it is ALL obtained.
And yes, I am an engineer. I have done this sort of stuff before (not the same stuff, but similar). Have you? If not, then please cut the "I may know more than you" crap.
