And the electrical transformers to step down the voltage to the pumps are not off the shelf items. They don't start building them until they have an order. Then there is engineering/design time and creating approval drawings which have to be approved by the customer before they start building the transformers. Depending on backlog at the manufacturer, the electrical transformer delivery to the site can be 6-9 months after the order is placed. Of course other activities will happen concurrently, but my point is that I expect just getting the infrastructure in place to start dewatering will take months. I also am an engineer and am not new to construction sites.

Boilermaker I may have upset you but.... that was one heck of a GOOD POST !! I sincerely thank you !!
You jump to the head of the class along with douginil many decades in Alloys, walterc: retired partner of a large accounting firm in ???? Belgium,
TO Double D does something with X-rays ( I think makes weapons for Janes Bond!! ??) and you !!!
I'm both sorry and happy I upset you because now we can ask you questions!!! A lot of people try to play it cool, and hide a bit! But seriously there is some incredible talent, wisdom and experience on this board!! By the way I personally heard Jim Sims say: paraphrase: "we sometimes learn things in the board ourselves from certain posters!! There's only so many hours in a day and management can't follow everything!"
So again thank you for that last post!!
Question: could you please list a reasonable timeline for the board of how you see things unfolding? Of course you don't have a crystal ball ?? and can only give your educated guess !! But I for one would sincerely appreciate it!!
