That line "Nipton, it's a dump" is overused and nobody's buying it.
When Rec MJ becomes legal in California, why would anyone go to Nipton?..
....Well there's plenty of reasons that are quite obvious. To get out of the hustle and bustle of city life is one, ,,its done all the time with travelers needing escape. Desert life, is of great interest to a great many of people, especially when it includes the vanishing ghost towns of yesteryear. Lots of people are curious about desert life and there sure as heck are plenty of history buffs in the world. It's the ultimate get-away for peace and quiet with r&r that is so needed by so many people stressed out from city life. Now include the multi billion dollar MJ tourism factor, the fact that AG started immediately working on Nipton renovation (with photos and videos proving this) to make Nipton a huge draw for the multi billion dollar MJ industry, and with the national and international fame Nipton has garnered, there should be no doubt that tourism will happen here in Nipton. 2018 will be big for American Green imo. You just have to ask yourself, ,,why would anyone not visit Magical Nipton.
