Cash- You have got to be kidding me! First of all you can smoke it in your house. Second- Why would anyone drive all the way to Nipton to get high on their own supply? Heck I live in Kansas and smoke in public all the time. When I am out boating and fishing, at outdoor concerts, parks or wherever. It is very easy to be discreet while puffing. Not to mention, exactly how much time and money do you think municipalities are going to spend having law enforcement out trying to bust people for smoking weed? Heck even here in Kansas a lot of the police just look the other way when they see people smoking weed. And exactly what beautiful amenities does Nipton have to offer? The place is a dump!
