I think LB is in real big trouble. He should have been on a two tier track the last 2 years since the prototype plates/battery came out. One being testing the battery plates by the Catella testing lab in order to satisfy the sweden money group. That was done and got WM the CEO and presidency job after the announcement of the successful test results. Which LB took back several months later. Then the need to demo several prototype batteries at trade shows all over America, Europe and China to create industry awareness and competitive interest over the battery. I think it is the lack of the latter that the inventor snaper thinks he can get the battery patent back from LB. A breaking of a good faith agreement to not only R&D the patent to prototype batteries but to do all that one can to demo, promote and create competitive interest of the battery. There has been almost nothing done on that part and still isn't. Its like LB is only promoting the battery by the snail method of private soliciting of OEMs to produce the battery. That snail pace method could be the undoing of LB. In my opinion.
