Either D'Couto is a moron with ADD issues pertaining to paperwork or he let the trademark die to create something different not owned by NEAH.

He cannot even get a succesful trademark yet we expect a successful patent on the battery and a successful funding from a large investor. Not sure what D'Couto's problem is, but even with a supposed team he cannot keep things straight. Same behavior as always from NEAH.
