Yes your numbers are correct, and did you read the PR about the stock swap. And did you look at the meaning of the word stock swap. I just can't find any possibility of there not being a minimum of at least a merger between WDRP and SIPC and a 50% chance of acquiring SIPC in a all stock buyout. If anyone else out there finds a different meaning in the PR, I will be more than happy to admit that I made a mistake.
