What RS Ive seen the AS and OS both reduce. If they choose to leave the AS the same it will be raised immediately following the RS which hasn't happened here as far as we all know. Also your math is incorrect 50bill with a 1 for 5000 RS effective would reduce it to 10mill as pointed out.
