That clinic is owned by a PRIVATE HELD LLC named "GACP" of Coral Gables Florida (which just happens to be where old man Murphy and Miguel live), GACP is a 100% PRIVATE held LLC out of Coral Gables Florida, and has ZERO to do with USRM.

NOTHING TO DO WITH USRM...it's a typical Tomas/Comella SHAM-WOW...a ruse...another smoke screen....it's SELF ENRICHMENT....but has ZERO to do with the shareholders of this public traded company...try and find it as an ASSET "on the books" of USRM's SEC FILINGS...cause it ain't there, LOL !

It's NOT a company asset, it's NOT "owned" by this company or it's shareholders- so who cares if it even exists, in terms of USRM???
