That clinic is owned by a PRIVATE HELD LLC named "GACP" of Coral Gables Florida (which just happens to be where old man Murphy and Miguel live), GACP is a 100% PRIVATE held LLC out of Coral Gables Florida, and has ZERO to do with USRM.

It's NOT a company asset, it's NOT "owned" by this company or it's shareholders- so who cares if it even exists, in terms of USRM???
