TAUG's lip goop business is going nowhere! Perhaps ICE+JAM will be able to find a "real" distribution or retail partner, ultimately giving the product a chance for success! Due to Seth Shaw agreeing to a NON-EXCLUSIVE license agreement, TAUG will be watching this action from the sidelines!

Just in case it has been missed, Seth Shaw "cleverly" negotiated another fine agreement! A NON-EXCLUSIVE is almost like having no agreement at all!
