Wow you were expecting them to announce permit acceptance, before permit submission? Wow no wonder I make money in this market. If they actually had permits, selling half the company for peanuts would have been moronic! That said, this permit application is sad! They are not even doing gold leaching! With all the extra costs, I doubt this mine will even be profitable at current gold prices.
