From my experience Penny does an excellent TA. I ask for his advice on charts all the time. Excluding news he is the man. If negative or positive news hits it could counter his charting forecasts, but otherwise an excellent analyst. I would put him up against any Wall Street guy/gal. Just do a search for Penny_ta and member mark him. Follow his posts.
