I get where you are coming from. But, from the 8K these guys are on contract and can leave December 20 if they did not get paid, which was a real possibility. And when they leave BTCS falls apart. So, first thing this morning they put out a filing stating they paid their salary, and the bonus is contingent on the following...so in my opinion it is not useless, it's reassuring us shareholders that management has been paid to keep working on the merger. No it is not a done deal, but I believe it is into the later stages and will finalized soon.

Over 100M shares added to the O/S from early November to early Dec. I wonder how many more were added the last two weeks?
