Hi geekgirl. It's all right here on OTCMarkets. Last time I looked it said something like Current Filer with no yield sign. Today when I looked I noticed the yield sign and Pink Limited Information. So I looked at the last report filed. It is the quarterly 10Q for period ending 7/31/2017 not the restated 10K. Their next 10Q should have been reported on 10/31/2017. So they are around two months late.
It's the reason for the yield sign. Also remember it is a pink and they don't have to file. It's optional. Also CCLX has a habit of filing, occasionally on time, or sometimes months later.
If they wanted to show respectability to their shareholders they'd file on time. Obviously they just don't care.
