[Almost A Myth]

This is a non-issue and an inaccurate representation of Sterling Crockett. I confirmed with Agrimed today that the minor misdemeanor charge that Crockett had was conditionally discharged (AKA DISMISSED!) in 1998 and will have no effect on the PA licensing.
