This is a non-issue and an inaccurate representation of Sterling Crockett. I confirmed with Agrimed today that the minor misdemeanor charge that Crockett had was conditionally discharged (AKA DISMISSED!) in 1998 and will have no effect on the PA licensing.

Please feel free to contact the State of Pennsylvania if you need clarification on the licensing requirements.
