I read thru the website, it does not explain anything about process. But it did state, “After an issuer completes an equity crowdfunding offering, it is subject to ongoing annual reporting requirements.” This would mean crowd funding is not available to non-reporting companies, like Pinks, so ICNB might need to uplist to qualify.
