Of course the referenced "COMPANY" is ICE+JAM, as ICE+JAM overseas all of the operational functions, such as order entry, inventory management, fulfillment, logistics, and invoicing! ICE+JAM, the source-of-supply for HERMAN, is located in Cleveland!

Given the update, it is now very safe to assume there is no product in a brick-and-mortar NY retail location!
