Clue indeed it is.

Once the targeted number of shares are accumulated, announced the total elimination of the debt plus gave Preliminary Financial Results for the fourth quarter( cash flow positive and forecasting profit). Can't imagine how high the stock will fly.

Here is what jumps out at me...

As mentioned to others, RS being done to keep status on OTC .01 or higher.

Super computers can tell us their opinion that the RS is to pay off additional debts, but we have statements from the company that it is to maintain the SP at .01 or higher. So if other factors cause the SP to rise and hold above .01 we have good reason to believe they will cancel the RS, super computer opinions notwithstanding.
