Here is what jumps out at me...

As mentioned to others, RS being done to keep status on OTC .01 or higher.

Super computers can tell us their opinion that the RS is to pay off additional debts, but we have statements from the company that it is to maintain the SP at .01 or higher. So if other factors cause the SP to rise and hold above .01 we have good reason to believe they will cancel the RS, super computer opinions notwithstanding.
