... And the Eontec Patents

I'm afraid that the Eontec patent portfolio is not very broad or deep, at least here in the United States. There are only 6 patent applications (and zero patents) assigned to Eontec. Further, 2 of the six aren't very pertinent to LQMT's business. (They are directed to (1) a surgical staple and (2) a biodegradable bone nail.

The six applications are as follows:

2) 20160361061 DEGRADABLE SURGICAL STAPLE

4) 20160271689 CASTING AND MOLDING EQUIPMENT AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING AMORPHOUS ALLOY STRUCTURAL UNIT
5) 20160235456 BIODEGRADABLE BONE NAIL

While Li may have other patents, those other patents are not licensed to LQMT via the cross licensing agreement between Eontec and LQMT. Eontec's patents, not Li's, are licensed to LQMT.
