you are focussed on other investors being able getting in this new offer.
All nice but.
What are your thoughts on why another approx 12 million from this offer when they just raised 12 million a month ago? What is all the money for if they downsized overhead to 1,5 million p/m and stated that Cognate/Advent will from now on only charge per patient? What is the 19 million (after paying Cognate/Adv. the 5 million for?) certainly if one expects a read out any moment what the SP would rise... then why another 12 million? Other than the payment for another year of silence?
