I love the deal. Permitting paid for, 1.35B 50% buy in after permit. Great deal! Just wonder when the market realizes it. Fair value for this stock is getting sh%%t on.

Shorts don't really care and are as malicious as I have ever seen.

I'm holding through thick and thin. May look at some options.
