Volume is up, but seems like it should have moved up significantly with over 1M in 30minutes. I assume they are diluting. Even if just a million a day, that adds up quickly. Gives them lots of cash or clears debts quickly though. I have no idea what the deal is but it should be a lot higher pps. Unless lots of people are in/out from 0130 to 0170, over and over again for the past week. And I kinda doubt that. I think OS is at least 35 now. Which still makes it seems very undervalued. That's like a 500K MC. Let's even say it's 70 and maybe it is, and it's still worth only one million dollars market cap at today's pps.
