That is possible depending on the scope of the errors found.

This is also quite possible, and given the info we have, more likely than not. Waiting for the audit is much easier if the reason is known and reasonable.

My thoughts exactly SS.
If people who have invested here have the fortitude, capability, and time to be able to hold out for a little more while to let this company story develop they/Us/Me will be amplied rewarded over the next year and on. But I’m sure just everyday living plays into these shares being sold. ie xmas, taxes , spending money etc. At these low volumes proves it’s just individual people on this site and elsewhere that are bringing it up or down. Ya can talk about MM’s all ya want but at this sheer volume it’s just a few people doing it. He’ll i could sell all of my shares and would have doubled this volume. Know what ya own(I Do!), invest what ya can afford to lose, check into your “long” stocks once a week/month (they are your long stocks) and have fun with it. Pinks === Good Luck finding a long winner. AMFE==== I Found One. Everything about it says $$$ coming this and the many years ahead. AMFE is one of my investments for life. AMEN!!!!

After his finding, auditors now have to perform further procedures to ensure that Financial Statements is reasonably stated. For example, if auditors found out the samples they selected to test is incorrect, what about the rest of the population that were not selected for testing. Now the sample size needs to be expanded to conclude on the reasonability of the presentation of the Financial Statement.

That could easily delay the issuance date."
