I’m thinking a year ago Biogen might have been able to get Anavex for half of what they could today. In 6 months it will easily double. How much longer can they afford to wait?

Is the rest of BP numb? Are they sitting around with their hands in their pockets, saying, Gee, maybe we should do something?

Trade and Nidan is it possible BIIB and others are waiting to see if Trumps tax plan passes allowing them to move 10's of BILLIONS offshore back into the US with a EEUUUGGE! tax benefit?

Knowing that we are locked in an MTA perhaps they choose to wait, "test some more", low ball an offer or two, etc. until congress passes the bill. Or NOT! Perhaps we will see some movement after the 1rst of the year.
