nah not true, Beau Biden got the most promising treatment around and it didn't work for him? It is personalized depending on your biomarkers? If I were him I would go see Dr.Liau at UCLA but you know he has a relationship with his personal Physician and most likely will do what they recommend? It is all dependent on what their perspectives are? imho hopefully he has a good one!

Well if you are taking Chemo the side effect would be lowering your atigens and t-cells so if you are exposed to anyone person that has a virus your chances are good to get it.

It was probably shingles. Which is common in patients who are receiving chemotherapy. But shingles of the optic nerve can be quite serious.

Sadly, it’s more likely bad news for JOHN McCain if he’s not in DCVax. Especially when you consider that the odds are likely that he has IDH wild type (the elderly are more prone to have this type) which LL indicated is the subtype that works best with DCVax.

To my mind, DCVax-L requires a certain size of tumor in order for there to be material to load the DC's. JM's tumor was a small unexepcted surprise tumor. It is possible he did not have enough tumor to make the treatment?
