So you're saying that TAUG's cash balance will prove to be less than $1 million as of December 31? Or is TAUG going to conserve cash and allow the Note holders to convert at will?

By the way, having money in the bank, however much it is, is not giving anyone comfort. The stock is still stuck firmly in the tripz.
