New York (July 6, 2016, 7:06 PM EDT) -- A Manhattan federal judge on Wednesday ditched a proposed class action alleging that the former CEO of a bankrupt pharmaceutical company had lied about the efficacy of an intended dual painkiller treatment before pulling it from development, saying the cited statements were not misleading.
U.S. District Judge Paul A. Engelmayer on Wednesday ditched allegations that John Holaday, the former CEO of QRX Pharma Ltd., had committed securities fraud by concealing the problems of the Australian company in attaining U.S. Food and Drug Administration approval
Now, what evidence is there of any criminal prosecution and conviction? Since there are claims that Holaday is "criminal" there must be at least a record of the conviction. I am unable to find any record of an arrest or prosecution, let alone a conviction.
