(OTC Pink: ANDI) was recently the subject of a reverse acquisition by Utopya Innovations who is promising to “take the world by storm” by introducing inexpensive smart phones to emerging markets. The stock was for the most part dormant until trading began on Friday following news of the acquisition. Shares traded up 50% on 400 million in volume.
