I get that. When I look at where the stock was back in January, sub-zero I believe, and where it is now, it's nothing short of amazing. I know, I know. The audit, delay of Mid-town, etc. Overall, however, the company has laid a solid foundation going forward. Still, I think it's of value to get a pulse from shareholders where they think it could be 12 months from now.
