This was posted 12/11/2017 BUT an 8K filing is not required or mandated UNTIL WMIH-Corp is notified of a Material Event and WMILT is not required to file 8Ks BUT they always do.
It could be they are purposely not being notified yet until WMIH-Corp is ready to move forward and my guess that happens between now an 1/5/2018. I am expecting to see activity starting just any day.
