Like all "environmentalists" lobbying governments for rules and corporate welfare, it's all about making more $$$. Look at the so-called "green" lobby, they want the government to eliminate CO2 emissions. Why? So their mega corporations can bag obscene profits by literally suffocating everything that actually is green. Governments are the only entities corrupt enough to join them.
