Take 2 grams pure icosapent ethyl (prescription strength) if that doesn't work 3 gm then 4 gm ...wait two weeks before increasing dose. JMPO

My estimate ( I have always taken 4gm/day) is you could try 2 gms and see how it works and increase the dose if the symptoms don't go away....
