Meaningless back ground noise when the stock price is rallying back to .30 or even a $1.

So what if they sell some shares at .40/share to raise cash after a 12,000 % rally like they did in 2014? Hell Plugger did the same thing, but they hid a 75 Million dollar loss while they did it. SGSIF has nothing to hide!!!!

Who cares if the AS is 2.5 times the OS?

What is note worthy is the fact that the 3 officers own 51% of the issued shares, so if there are bag holders they have the most to loose.
