Check the public filings and law suits, see what was going on in the Good Ole days, how much money was taken in, how it was spent, how the restricted share buyer were taken advantage of, how the numerous defaults on different financing methods occurred and how many people are owed enormous amounts of money, how the share structure was laughable at best, the fiduciary respondsibility was at best an un-known term and edict.
Beware future investors who are approached, listen carefully and you can smell it.
People's lives have been changed and this does not bother some at all.
