I've been investing in IP companies for the last 10 years, with firms like FH formerly Vringo and VHC (VirnetX) just to name a few.

The patent monetization game is heavily favored to the big boys. Even with verdicts in hand (with or without IPR validations)it takes years and years to ever collect a penny.

The IPR's were great for VPLM however they are a long long long long long away from ever seeing a penny for any patent monetization. Apple will spend the next 6 years trying and appealing any verdicts. This will head back down to $.10 in the coming weeks and months as that settles in.

Instead I made a quick 300% plus return on my money in the past 2 weeks which by anyone's standards is pretty good. Cheers to you in your investing.
