One thing not made clear is whether at home/mobile players have to purchase
their monthly privilege of ordering lottery tickets online, is do the players have to pay through their local zip code quik-stop outlet specifically to achieve that privilege? In other words, does the local player zip code give part of the monthly pay-to-play privilege to a particular outlet in their zip code, or one that signed up the at-home player?

We also need to know what percentage of local zip code players would play-to-play mobile/at home?

You can advertise forever . . . but do lottery players actually go for this lottery play option?

A recent 52 week low of .08 leaves a long climb ahead for a company that is presently based on 2018 yet unknowns. At present not much for shorts or day-traders to work with? Nor, is there much daily- price spread for placement to skim from.

And, Block Chaining player fees and wins is now presenting how much potential herein? I sincerely doubt BC works for free.

With the Calif. Wild-Fire Disaster 'Effect' disrupting a number of potential possible players in the mix, 2018 is 'cloudy'?
