Walking Down - Again!

BillPR - Boustead Securities would never want to "walk-down" a stock that needed to be at $3.00 to uplist? They can only make money if the stock successfully uplists AND the company raises funds at $3.00 or higher. There is simply no monetary value in Boustead harming VirTra's share price.

The simple fact is that VirTra has concentrated ownership and not all such owners are holders (obviously). Until the large sellers stop - or more buying comes in, the stock will not appreciate. Even if VirTra could re-start its buy-back (which it cannot at this time), the volume limitations under the plan would severely limit the overall positive effect the buy-back could have. The short-sighted sellers have their reasons for selling but they probably fail to realize that a move to NASDAQ will likely improve both liquidity and price. I just wish it would happen sooner rather than later.
