Well maybe, just maybe he's actually doing this right now. We can only hope at this point because his performance over the past 4 years have been nothing more than lack-luster at best when it comes to him keeping promises. I'm just hoping that we're not stuck in a Groundhog's Day loop with IDGC at this point...
