I'm not watching it so I don't know, nor am I that worried.... But that certainly looks possible at least... Dilution itself isn't bad though, unless it is irresponsible dilution... Dilution can also equal growth... Which is a good thing... You ( or I, anyone) can call your broker and ask about any dilution going on, they should be able to get you an answer...

Dilution sounds scary, but that isn't necessarily the case always... And it'd explain some of the price action....

Just keep in mind, Roger whom I at least trust, said he'd keep the outstanding shares down below 500 million, and if nothing else the authorized share count is 600 million... Last I knew, the current outstanding share count was 488.8 million, so there isn't a ton of room for any significant dilution without raising the authorized share count... Which he just lowered...

To me.... I think if this is indeed any dilution at all, and that general is what T trades are if I am not mistaking, I believe Roger is up to something.... Something good though... A new sub, or expansion of AMFE in some form... I doubt Roger is doing anything mischievous... This would be for growth...

To be real, I have no way of knowing that, but Roger has built trust in me... I am one who subscribes to there is a lot going on behind the scenes that we'll learn of in time after the audit/uplist...

The company has been making bank, the financial reporting show that the revenue is rocketing up and fast... I doubt they're struggling financially in anyway... I'm sure bills are being paid, the dilution if there even is dilution would probably be for growth in some form and will come back to use with profits eventually... In my opinion anyways...

Again...... IF there is actually any dilution to begin with...

I could also be mistaking, but T trades don't always have to be dilution... It can be the selling of restricted shares after having matured through the restricted time frame too... Right?

Form T had to be used because my purchase was filled after close. There has not been any T trades besides mine in a long time. Form T just used because it was outside hours and the order had not been reconciled, and all orders for the day have to be in that day. No dilution what so ever with this, form T and dilution are separate items, but I get often that is where one will see such events recorded.
