Marz- Patents haven't even been brought into ITC fight....yet. This opens a can of worms that's been sitting in the Florida sun since just after Vascepa approval 7-26-2012. The FDA has failed to take action on Amarin's patent extension request, this "delay" is sooooo looong that statute can't account for the length of time "V" patent should be extended.
An ITC investigation opens a pandora's box of legal charges that could put Federal Employee's in jail for "conspiracy" and "wire fraud" crimes as they relate to Amarin mis-regulation. The FDA was STOOPID to not reinstate ANCHOR.
