Rooster, yes hang tight. I received back an email from the company on what's happening. January there will be official company updates again.
Here is what I received back late yesterday, I hope this will put investors nerves at ease:
"Thank you for the email. We are currently in middle of harvest and there is no cell or internet service at the farm which makes it difficult to get to everyone.
We should begin providing additional updates in January. Right now we are focused on the transition with the new grower and the new landscape for 2018. Once we have a better understanding of the landscape we will begin providing updates. For example, the state still doesn't have final regulations established for 2018 and they only released the emergency regulations after thanksgiving that we will be operating under till the final ones are established. Additionally, the state has not opened up the application process for the annual licenses or even the temporary licenses for cultivation. Manufacturing was opened last week for the temporary licenses and our attorney is working with the county to get the documents from the county for us to submit for the temporary license for manufacturing and cultivation (once opened). But the county just sent out today the memo what we will need to provide to them for the required documentation for the temporary license. So as you can imagine with the state waiting till the last second it has created chaos with everyone including us. But once things settle down in January we will begin providing regular updates. "
