Why at $0.11? Because the norm is for all the conversions to be set at a discount to current market. These are the first I have seen on the OTC where they agreed to a conversion at a price above market. This shows we had strength at the bargaining table. I am glad we have a 6 month window where nothing has to be paid and nothing is convertible.
