Well you know my theory...
The Whelans sell shares. Actipatch? Not so much! That’s why the PPS stays where it is. Oh we get jumps up...but THEY take it right back down.
Good news soon? What the PPS drop. This will continue until the printing press is destroyed or Whelans are removed. IMHO
