Does it mean MYDX will magically start selling product? NOPE.
Sales have been POOR all year so why in the world would either of those things increase the sales volume?
The Demurrer will mean nothing and certainly no information will be known tomorrow. The Demurrer would never stop the case, it just might mean things could change for the defendant that filed the demurrer. There is another named defendant. The case rolls on, no matter what happens tomorrow. It's not complicated.
FYI - just because a RS expires doesn't mean it can't be filed again.
